The program for the fifth edition of Beira Interior – Vinhos & Sabores includes tastings of local products and showcookings, on Saturday and Sunday.
From November 15th to 17th, the Municipality of Pinhel and the Beira Interior Regional Wine Commission (CVRBI) promote the fifth edition of Beira Interior – Vinhos & Sabores, to take place at the Pinhel Logistics Center.
In addition to the Wine and Flavors Salon, which will feature around 60 exhibitors from all over Beira Interior, this year’s program also includes tastings of local products and showcookings.
On Saturday, the 16th, at 3 pm, the “Bio” concept, followed by the “Bio” Sabores da Terra (6 pm) and Matured Meat and Geo Meat by Arlindo Cardosa.
